Measured work
on timepieces
that matter.
From a quick bracelet refit to a full pocket watch commission, each piece receives individual attention on a clean bench — no batch processing, no hand-offs.
What We Do
Services at the bench
Three services, each scoped clearly, so you know what the work involves before anything is opened.
Bracelet Adjustment & Link Refit
A counter appointment covering fit and comfort. Links added or removed, pins and screws renewed where thread wear is found, clasp inspected for spring bar tension. Usually completed while you wait.
- Sizing consultation included
- Spring bar replacement
- Ultrasonic bracelet clean
Self-Winding Rotor Service
Focused service on the winding module. Rotor bearing inspected, reversing wheels and reduction gearing cleaned and re-lubricated, winding efficiency measured on a cyclotest. Two to three weeks bench time.
- Module strip-down & cleaning
- Winding efficiency measurement
- Written reserve summary
Pocket Timepiece Restoration Commission
Extended commission for pocket watches and railway-grade movements. Documented survey, signed scope before disassembly, staged photography throughout. Four to seven months typical duration.
- Bound survey & work dossier
- Case dent raising & hinge repair
- Fitted storage case on return
Why This Workshop
What sets the bench apart
8px tolerance discipline
Every step of a repair follows documented deviation bands — seconds per day figures given in plain language so you understand exactly what the outcome reflects.
Signed scope before work begins
Nothing is taken apart without a written scope you have reviewed. Commissions include a bound survey dossier with staged photography from intake to return.
Parts provenance transparency
You are told in writing when an original component is used and when a compatible substitute is fitted — and why. No silent replacements.
Single-craftsman attention
Your piece is handled by one technician from intake to collection — no batch queues, no hand-offs between staff mid-repair.
Cyclotest winding measurement
Rotor service clients receive a before-and-after winding efficiency report from an industry cyclotest — not an estimate, a measured figure.
Johor Bahru–based, no courier risk
Drop off and collect in person at Taman Molek. Your watch does not travel to an unknown location or sit in a postal queue.
