Service 01
Bracelet Adjustment & Link Refit
A counter appointment covering fit and comfort. Links are added or removed to sit the case correctly on the wrist, pins and screws are checked and renewed where thread wear is found, and the clasp is inspected for spring bar tension and closure security. End links are refitted so the bracelet meets the case without lateral play.
This service is suited to newly acquired watches, bracelets that have loosened over years of wear, and owners who find their piece rides too far around the wrist during the day. Usually completed while the owner waits, within thirty to forty-five minutes.
What is included
- Sizing consultation at the counter
- Pin or screw renewal where thread wear is found
- Clasp inspection and spring bar replacement
- End link refitting for correct case fit
- Light ultrasonic clean of the bracelet
Process
Bring the watch in during opening hours. Counter appointments are walk-in friendly.
Size is assessed at the counter; links confirmed for removal or addition.
Adjustment completed and clasp tested. Bracelet goes through ultrasonic clean.
Watch returned to you, typically within the same visit.
Duration
30 – 45 minutes, same visit
Starting from
RM 450
Service 02
Self-Winding Rotor Service
A focused service on the winding module of a self-winding calibre. The rotor bearing is inspected for play and noise, the reversing wheels and reduction gearing are cleaned and re-lubricated, and the winding efficiency is measured on a cyclotest so the owner can see how the piece behaves under normal daily movement rather than on the bench alone.
Aimed at watches that stop overnight despite being worn, wind noisily, or take an unusually long time to reach full reserve. Bench time is two to three weeks.
What is included
- Module strip-down and cleaning
- Bearing inspection (replacement quoted separately if needed)
- Reversing wheel service and re-lubrication
- Winding efficiency measurement via cyclotest
- Gasket renewal
- Written summary of reserve behaviour before and after
Process
Contact us to describe the symptom. We confirm the service scope and starting price in writing.
Drop off at workshop. Winding efficiency measured on cyclotest before strip-down.
Module cleaned, bearing assessed, reversing wheels serviced and re-lubricated.
Post-service cyclotest run. Written summary prepared with both readings.
Collect in person with written outcome document.
Bench time
2 – 3 weeks

RM 1,420
Service 03
Pocket Timepiece Restoration Commission
An extended commission for pocket watches, railway-grade movements and other large-calibre pieces where scarce components and thin case metal both need patience. Work opens with a documented survey of the movement, dust cover, hinges, bow and crystal, followed by a scope the owner signs off before anything is taken apart.
Case dents are raised sympathetically rather than filled, and missing components are hand-fabricated where donor stock cannot be found. Typical duration is four to seven months.
What is included
- Staged photography throughout the commission
- Bound survey and work dossier
- Movement service and regulation
- Hinge and case repair, dent raising
- Crystal fitting
- Hand refinishing where agreed
- Fitted storage case on return

Drop-off and documented survey with photography. Scope prepared and sent to you.
You review and sign the scope. No work begins before your agreement.
Staged work with photography at each phase. Progress updates as agreed.
Collection with bound dossier and fitted storage case. Final regulation figures in writing.
Typical duration
4 – 7 months
Starting from
RM 4,600

Standards
Protocols shared across all services
Premises security
All pieces in care remain on the workshop premises with appropriate security. No courier handling. Documentation available for insurance reference on request.
Correct lubricant specification
Lubricant class is matched to the component — escapement, keyless works, and barrel each require different viscosity grades. This is checked against calibre documentation, not assumed.
Written outcome with every service
Every piece leaves with a written note of what was found and what was done. No verbal-only handover.
Parts provenance disclosure
When a part is replaced, the written outcome states whether the replacement is original manufacturer stock or a compatible substitute, and why.
8px baseline tolerance discipline
All regulation work is documented against specified deviation bands. Figures are given in seconds per day with a plain-language description of what they mean for daily use.
Single-technician handling
One technician handles your piece from intake to return. No internal hand-offs. The person who describes the service scope is the person who carries out the work.
